Why is my referral function disabled?

If you engage in any of the following activities, verified by YccBuy, your referrals and earning power may be limited:

(1) Fraud: promoters use deception, false advertising and other means to obtain more referral officers and higher commissions. Including but not limited to exaggerating platform services or features to attract more referrals, engaging in fake orders or data manipulation, downloading unofficial clients, Using illegal tools such as simulators, plug-ins or hackers to scan, download, install, register, log in, receive bonuses, or withdraw funds, create multiple accounts, tamper with device data, engage in malicious profit-making activities that disrupt the order of the platform, use plug-ins, hackers, system or third-party tools to interfere, modify, destroy or otherwise affect the platform, And any other unfair practices we consider.

(2) Illegal acts: The promoter engages in activities in violation of laws and regulations or platform rules during the promotion, including but not limited to infringement, spreading rumors, spreading violence, pornography, political incitement information, etc.

(3) Interference with the operation of the platform: promoters use technology or other means to attack, disrupt, interfere with the YccBuy platform, carry out network attacks, or spread viruses through platform promotion.

(4) Malicious competition: The promoter uses the platform alliance program to engage in malicious competition, including but not limited to stealing the results of other promoters, attacking and defaming other recommenders, or engaging in acts that violate the legitimate rights and interests of other recommenders.

(5) Release of false information: The initiator releases information that violates national laws and administrative regulations, or infringes the legitimate rights and interests of a third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights and portrait rights.

(6) Personal information infringement: The promoter illegally obtains or disseminates the user's personal information in the promotion activities.

(7) Promotion of competitive platforms: promoters promote other cross-border purchasing platforms similar to YccBuy, which will lead to the loss of referral officers and welfare.

(8) Breach of Contract Terms: The Promoter shall not violate any terms of the Affiliate Program Agreement, including but not limited to the promotion rules and bonus acquisition process.

 

What will happen if I break the rules during the promotion?

After verifying your violation, the YccBuy official team will impose the following penalties according to the severity of the violation and the intensity of rectification:

(1) Disable the Referral function, during which you will not be able to obtain new affiliate users and commission payments will be suspended;

(2) In the case of fraudulent alliance users, YccBuy will delete the fraudulent referral officer from your account after verification;

(3) For repeated serious violations, the YccBuy official team will permanently restrict your use of the referral officer function and close the appeal channel.

 

How can I restore the recommender function after stopping the violation?

If you have stopped the violation, please click the "Corrected, Appeal Now" button on the Referral page. The YccBuy official team will review your rectification and once it is confirmed that there are no more violations, your affiliate function will return to normal.

If you do not take the initiative to rectify and click the "corrected, immediately appeal" button, you will continue to implement the penalty of disabling the recommendation officer function.

* Affiliate users acquired through fraudulent acts will be removed and cannot be restored.
