Parcel transfer service agreement
Parcel transfer, signing, inspection rules:
1. When signing for the package, if we find that the package does not meet the product packaging requirements (for example, the outside of the package is severely damaged), we will not accept the package and may return it to you.
2. If your package meets all product acceptance requirements, we will open the package to check for prohibited items, weigh it and store it.
3. If your product does not meet the air or sea requirements, we will mark the corresponding order and notify you about the return of the product.
4. If you find that the package has not been signed for by our warehouse after the standard delivery date (our warehouse is located in Fuzhou, and domestic packages usually arrive within 3 to 5 working days), please contact your domestic logistics provider or online customer service team to check the status of the package.
"Product Inspection and Verification" and warehouse stocking details
By selecting "Product Inspection and Verification", you authorize us to inspect the quantity, color, size and other information of the product. After our inspection, the original delivery box will be discarded and we will seal the product in YccBuy's own packaging and place it in our warehouse. (Fragile, easily damaged, oversized items and items already included in the package are not subject to this limit, the actual packaging results may vary according to the situation)
Notes:
A. Slight color difference, dimensional error, user experience, etc. do not belong to the scope of product inspection.
B. For electronic, digital equipment, accessories and other products that require specific expertise, we do not check the quality, model and accessories during inspection.
C. For CD, hand and other products, we will not remove the plastic cover during inspection. We will only check the exterior for damage and will not be responsible for the items inside the plastic packaging.
Compensation standard for parcel transhipment
YccBuy will not be liable for loss, lack of quantity, damage or delay in shipping of your products due to reasons beyond YccBuy's control. We shall also not be liable for indirect and unsubstantiated loss of profits.
Under the following circumstances, YccBuy is not liable for compensation
1. Damage caused by circumstances beyond our control (except insured packages).
(2) Items confiscated by the authorities or disposed of in accordance with the law because they do not comply with the consignment or restricted consignment regulations.
3. When the package is sent, the package is in good condition, without any trace of being opened or tampered with, the weight is the same as the initial weight, and all the included parts are intact.
4. The recipient has signed for the parcel in accordance with legal procedures.
5. Packages that are partially lost or delayed due to customer error or product problems.
6. From the date of submission to the end of the inquiry period, the customer has not made an inquiry for the product and has not requested any compensation.
7. International parcels that have been detained, confiscated or destroyed in accordance with the laws of the recipient's country.
Contraband
Items that cannot be delivered by mail
1. Articles prohibited from circulation and transportation by national laws.
2. Explosive, inflammable, corrosive, radioactive, toxic and dangerous goods.
3. Publications, books, materials or articles containing reactionary or obscene content.
4. Various currencies.
5. Articles contrary to public health.
6. Perishable items.
7. Live animals (except bees, silkworms, leeches, as long as the packaging ensures the safety of workers).
8. Inadequate packaging that may cause danger to workers or contaminate or damage other packaged items.
9. Other items not suitable for mailing.
Articles prohibited by postal practice
1. Items of quality or packaging that may cause injury to postal workers or contaminate/damage other parcels or postal equipment.
2. Items with metal seals or other sharp edges that may impede postal handling.
3. All types of firearms, ammunition, explosive, flammable, corrosive, radioactive articles or containers, potent poisons, narcotic drugs, biochemical products, infectious articles.
(4) All kinds of publications, propaganda materials and printed matter that may endanger social security and stability or contain obscene content.
5. Articles that may endanger public health.
6. Documents or articles not accepted or permitted to circulate by the receiving State.
7. In addition to the above general provisions, please also comply with all relevant regulations formulated by the Customs.
Items that cannot be sent according to Taiwan Post regulations
1. Items of quality or packaging that may cause injury to postal workers or contaminate/damage other parcels or postal equipment.
2. Items with metal seals or other sharp edges that may impede postal handling.
3. Inflammable, explosive and other dangerous goods. However, fragile biological materials that are packaged by special methods and sent between filing authorities and have obtained shipping certificates from relevant administrative authorities are not subject to this restriction.
4. Live animals. However, bees, silkworms, leeches, and parasites or insects that contribute to the elimination of pests transmitted between registration authorities are not subject to this restriction.
5. Radioactive materials.
6. Opium, morphine and other narcotics. However, a certificate of transport issued by the relevant administrative department or a certificate issued by a judicial or public security organ for use as evidence in litigation, and the delivery of insurance or value declaration between institutions, or items used as insurance for medical or scientific research approved by the recipient authority, are not subject to this restriction.
7. Documents or articles containing obscene or indecent content. However, certification documents issued by judicial and police organs, used as evidence in litigation, and articles sent between organs in the form of registered mail or parcels are not subject to this restriction.
8. Documents or articles not accepted at the addressee location.
9. Documents or articles whose sale or manufacture is prohibited by the relevant administrative authorities of Taiwan. However, certification documents issued by judicial and police organs, used as evidence in litigation, and articles sent between organs in the form of registered mail or parcels are not subject to this restriction.
10. Lottery tickets and related advertising leaflets. However, certification documents issued by judicial and police organs, used as evidence in litigation, and articles sent between organs in the form of registered mail or parcels are not subject to this restriction.
