I.Yccbuy Service agreement

1. User's confirmation and acceptance

Yccbuy owns and operates the e-Services (meaning the services provided by www.Yccbuy.com and its mobile software and applications) under this Agreement. The User (hereinafter referred to as "You") can become an official user of Yccbuy after agreeing to all registration terms and completing all registration procedures. By clicking "Agree to this Agreement", you confirm that you have the ability to enjoy the services provided by Yccbuy, including but not limited to purchasing services, and independently bear the legal responsibilities arising therefrom. Unless otherwise agreed by you and Yccbuy, this Agreement is binding on you and Yccbuy and will remain in effect forever. II. Services provided by Yccbuy for enterprises

1. Parcel transfer and purchasing service policy

(1) Yccbuy product search and display services

In order to facilitate you to communicate with sellers on Taobao, 1688 and other platforms to purchase products, Yccbuy will display the sales and shopping links of sellers on Taobao, 1688 and other platforms, so that you can directly search for products through the links and go to the corresponding product details page or website to further understand the product information or communicate with sellers. Yccbuy does not have the actual sales function, does not have the actual sales body or sales platform. Yccbuy does not have the function of actually selling goods and is not an actual sales entity or sales platform.

(2) Purchasing and parcel transfer services

Purchasing Services: All purchasing services under this Agreement are provided to you independently by Yccbuy purchasers. Currently, Yccbuy purchasers are providing you with free services, but you need to pay for the purchasing goods you need in advance.

You agree that Yccbuy may directly add the necessary service fee when you confirm payment for the purchased goods. Failure to pay the Platform service fee at the same time will result in your purchase order not being generated and verified.

Package transshipment: If your purchase order involves cross-border shipment of goods, Yccbuy will recommend third-party logistics providers for you. You are responsible for choosing your own logistics provider, which will serve you independently. You need to pay the freight to the logistics provider and the platform service fee to Yccbuy. Platform-specific service charges are calculated at 8% of shipping costs (actual calculations may vary slightly considering exchange rate fluctuations and settlement times).

You agree that Yccbuy may directly add the Platform Service fee when you confirm payment of shipping charges. Failure to pay the Platform service fee at the same time will result in the inability to generate and verify your shipping label. Yccbuy is not responsible for customs penalties, delays in delivery, damage or loss of international packages and is at your own risk.

If there is a problem with the package, you can authorize Yccbuy as a communication agent to negotiate claims with third-party logistics providers. Disputes and disputes between users and third-party logistics providers have nothing to do with Yccbuy, and all compensations-related matters are subject to third-party logistics providers' standards. Yccbuy assumes no responsibility for these matters and is not jointly and severally liable.

(3) Product purchase and parcel transfer disclaimer

In order for your purchased goods to arrive smoothly, Yccbuy may handle the goods that have arrived appropriately. Some merchants on some purchasing platforms may engage in illegal business activities, and Yccbuy is not able to review the information of each purchasing platform/merchant/product and/or service, and is unable to review it. Verify the quality, safety, legality, authenticity and accuracy of the procurement platform/merchants/products and/or services involved in the transaction. Yccbuy makes no warranties and is not liable for any illegal acts of the purchasing Platform or its merchants. You will be deemed to have agreed to do so under special conditions (visit the website below), or you may verify any queries (if any) with the customer Service staff at the time of submitting the order.

(4) No reason to return or exchange within 5 days

You must understand that Yccbuy provides commissioned purchasing services and is not an online seller of goods. yccbuy does not apply to the Interim Measures for 7-Day Return of Online Shopping Goods Without Reason. Products purchased by Yccbuy on your behalf can be returned or exchanged within 5 days without any reason (subject to availability). You must understand and confirm that such return and exchange service can only be enjoyed once within 30 days, otherwise subsequent returns may be charged a certain fee, and even some orders may not be returned or exchanged. (5) Parcel transfer agreement and inspection rules

It is your responsibility to be aware of international prohibited substances and relevant laws and regulations. Yccbuy can sign and check your package in accordance with the package forwarding and receipt rules, receive the package that meets the requirements and carry out subsequent relevant operations.

(6) Domestic return and international return

Due to the particularity of international logistics, some packages may be marked as "not passed the domestic security check" at the customs when they are sent abroad. In this regard, Yccbuy can arrange redelivery of your packages free of charge after they are sent. The package was returned. If your package has been sent overseas and is returned due to failure to pass international security, no recipient, wrong or incomplete address, failed delivery, etc., you will be responsible for the cost of reposting.

(7) Insurance and compensation for delay in delivery

Since the package is sent to the third party carrier, if it exceeds the insured delivery route time published by the platform, it will be considered as delayed package. Compensation for delayed delivery can be returned to the payment account of the international parcel after the recipient applies for compensation and Yccbuy negotiates with the relevant third-party logistics service provider, provided that: Due to customs, weather, traffic control, strikes, amendments to laws and policies and other government and judicial acts, decisions or orders, terrorist incidents, robbery, robbery and other violent crimes, war, and other force majeure factors, compensation shall not be granted.

(8) Parcel insurance and compensation

If your package is lost and you have purchased package insurance at the time of submitting your order, the insurance company may provide compensation based on your insured value. (9) Receive the package

(10) After-sales service

It is recommended that you confirm receipt on the website after receiving the package. If necessary, you can apply for after-sales service within the validity period, otherwise, after-sales service will no longer be provided after the validity period. The effective after-sales period is based on the number of days of delivery and receipt of product confirmation.

(11) Worry-free compensation policy

Before using the services under this Agreement, you should understand the relevant rules of all the businesses and services provided by Yccbuy, fully understand and confirm all your rights and obligations under this Agreement.

(12) Disclaimer of Indemnity

①Yccbuy is committed to providing you with worry-free international online shopping services. If the following special circumstances occur, it is deemed that you agree and approve Yccbuy to carry out subsequent operations. If in doubt, please contact customer service for verification when submitting the order.

a) Sensitive goods:

For the smooth delivery of your package, sensitive items including essential oils, treatments, lubricants, batteries, glues may be removed by Yccbuy.

b) Customs Policy:

Counterfeit goods, goods containing a large amount of liquid or powder, or goods containing batteries, food or medicine, etc., may have a certain risk of delivery due to the impact of customs policies. Yccbuy is not responsible for customs clearance and related legal responsibilities arising from the consequences of the above risks.

c) Professional examination is not possible

yccbuy may not be able to provide professional inspection (quality, authenticity, integrity, etc.) for certain goods (such as electrical appliances, counterfeit goods, tickets, cards, models, etc.), for which our inspectors may only check the appearance and the accessories are in good condition. d) Fragile goods

Since ceramics, glass and other items with irregular shapes (wipers, shock absorbers) may wear out or break during multiple transports, Yccbuy recommends that you purchase carefully. Yccbuy can guarantee that the goods are complete before delivery, but if the goods are judged to be fragile goods by the logistics service provider and damaged during transportation, any loss and liability arising therefrom shall be borne by you.

e) Custom goods

If you are ordering a custom item, it is recommended that you negotiate directly with the merchant. You can buy such goods according to your ideas and creativity. After successful negotiation, you should provide us with the contact information of the merchant. Since Yccbuy is unable to provide professional inspection of this product, any loss and liability arising from it will be your own responsibility.

f) Deposit order

As Taobao sellers stipulate that the order with a deposit cannot be cancelled, the buyer must take the initiative to pay the balance in accordance with the information published by the seller before delivery. If the balance is paid late, the deposit will not be refunded.

g) Disreputable sellers

h) CD products and models

②Yccbuy does not assume any responsibility for the loss, shortage, damage or delay of mail in the delivery process that is not caused by Yccbuy, as follows:

a) The same situation caused by the occurrence of force majeure events (except insured mail);

b) The commodities mailed have violated restrictions or restrictions and have been confiscated or disposed of in other ways by the competent authority in accordance with regulations;

h) Other reasons not attributable to Yccbuy.

③ Description of prohibited articles

Items prohibited from mailing include:

a) Commodities whose circulation, Posting and delivery are prohibited by national laws and regulations;

b) Explosive, inflammable, corrosive, radioactive, toxic dangerous goods;

c) reactionary newspapers, books, Windows or obscene objects;

d) various currencies;

e) Articles likely to harm public health;

f) perishable articles;

g) any live animal (excluding bees, silkworms and leeches, packaged in such a way as to ensure the safety of transport and the safety of workers);

h) Such items are improperly packaged, may endanger personal safety, or may contaminate or damage mail or other mail equipment;

i) all other items not suitable for mailing conditions.

④ Postal practices prohibit delivery under the following circumstances:

a)Is likely or suspected to harm postal service personnel or damage mail or postal equipment, depending on its nature or package;

b) Items sealed with metal buttons with sharp edges that may interfere with mail handling equipment;

c) All kinds of firearms, ammunition, explosives, inflammable articles, corrosive articles, radioactive elements and containers, potent poisons, narcotic drugs, biochemical products, infectious articles;

d) All kinds of publications, propaganda materials and printed matter that endanger social security and stability or are obscene;

e) Articles that may endanger public health;

f) Documents or commodities prohibited from entering or circulating by the other party;

g) In addition to the above articles, other articles prohibited by the competent customs authorities.

h) Items prohibited by postal regulations in Taiwan

⑤ Is likely or suspected to cause injury to postal service personnel or damage to mail or postal equipment, depending on its nature or package

a) Items sealed with metal buttons with sharp edges that may interfere with mail handling equipment;

b) Flammable, explosive or other dangerous goods other than brittle biological materials, packaged from one registered entity and sent to another registered entity and authorized by the competent authority;

c) live animals (other than bees, silkworms, leeches or parasites) sent from one registered entity to another or insects used to exterminate pests;

d) Radioactive materials;

e) Opium, morphine and other narcotic substances other than transport documents have been issued by or certified by a competent judicial or police authority for evidentiary purposes and have been insured or declared for value, or have been authorized by a competent authority to be insured and used in medicine or scientific research;

f) Obscene or indecent documents or articles delivered by registered mail or parcel, except where they are certified for evidentiary purposes by competent judicial or police authorities;

g) Documents or articles whose entry is prohibited by the competent authorities of the country to which the post is sent;

h) Documents or articles prohibited from sale or manufacture by the competent authorities in Taiwan, except those certified as evidence by the competent judicial or police authorities and sent by registered mail or parcel;

i) Lottery tickets and their leaflets, except those certified by competent judicial or police authorities for evidentiary purposes and delivered by registered mail or parcel;

g) contraband prescribed by other laws and regulations.

In no event shall Yccbuy be liable for consequential losses or unrealized gains.

2.1688 Purchasing service Rules

The purchasing service under this Agreement is provided by yccbuy to help you in purchasing your specified products from 1688 sellers. Yccbuy does not guarantee the quality of 1688 products, nor does it provide accurate inventory service, and only provides limited sample service and limited after-sales service. Please choose products carefully and at your own risk. If you need a guaranteed purchase, you can use Yccbuy's expert purchasing services.

III. International logistics restrictions

Commodities purchased in China must comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as "the People's Republic of China") and be allowed to export. You understand and acknowledge that due to the differences in customs policies, some countries or regions are more sensitive to special goods and such goods are more likely to be confiscated when entering the local customs. Yccbuy shall not be liable if the goods are confiscated, destroyed or detained by the local customs at the receiving place due to the above reasons.

Customs checks on parcels are basically in the form of spot checks. If Customs believes that your package is special (for example, it is too large, too heavy, or contains sensitive goods), Customs will proactively contact the recipient for an invoice or customs clearance document. The entrusted purchaser shall cooperate to fulfill the obligation of customs information disclosure. Yccbuy makes no promises or warranties regarding customs clearance.

With the development of Yccbuy's business, this Service Agreement may be updated from time to time in order to provide you with better services; However, Yccbuy shall not reduce your rights under this Agreement without your express consent. Yccbuy will post the updated version on the Yccbuy website and mobile and notify you by notice on the website or other appropriate means before the relevant content changes take effect. 2.Yccbuy will give significant notice of any material changes to it (for this purpose, Yccbuy will explain specific changes to our Privacy Policy by means including, but not limited to, email, text message, or special prompts on the browsing page).

3. You are obligated to pay attention to and read the latest version of the Agreement and Yccbuy announcements from time to time. If you do not agree to the updated Agreement, you should immediately stop receiving the services provided by Yccbuy under this Agreement; If you continue to use the services provided by Yccbuy, you will be deemed to have agreed to the updated agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is rescinded, void or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provision.

4. The conclusion, execution, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of China. In case of any dispute between the parties concerning the content or performance of this Agreement, the parties shall try their best to settle it through friendly negotiation. If no agreement can be reached through negotiation, a lawsuit shall be filed with the people's court having jurisdiction at the place where the agreement is signed.
