Rules for parcel transfer, receipt and inspection

If, at the time of signing for the package, we find that the package does not comply with the product packaging requirements (such as serious damage to the outside of the package), we will not accept the package and may return it to the seller or you.

If your package meets all product packaging requirements, we will open the package to check for prohibited items, then weigh it and store it.

If your product does not meet international shipping requirements, we will mark the corresponding order and notify you about the return of the product.

If you find that the package has not been signed for by our warehouse after the standard delivery date (our warehouse is located in Fuzhou, and domestic packages usually arrive in 3 to 5 working days), please contact your domestic logistics provider or online customer service team to check the status of the package.

"Product Inspection and Verification" and warehouse stocking details

By selecting "Product Inspection and Verification", you authorize us to inspect the quantity, color, size and other information of the product. After our inspection, the original delivery box will be discarded and we will seal the product in Yccbuy packaging and place it in our warehouse. (Fragile, easily damaged, oversized items and items already included in the package are not subject to this limit, the actual packaging results may vary according to the situation)

A. Slight color difference, size error, use impact, etc. do not belong to the product inspection process.

b. For electronic, digital equipment, accessories and other products that require specific expertise, we do not check the quality, model and accessories during inspection.

C. For CDS, action figures, adult toys and other products, we will not open sealed products or products with sealed labels. We will only check the exterior for damage and will not be responsible for the items inside the plastic packaging.

If you do not select "Standard Inspection", we will refuse to sign for the package or replace the box/packaging for you. However, when the original box/package of the product is damaged, we will refuse to sign for the package or replace the box/package for you. We will ensure that your products are stored properly and your interests are protected. If there is any problem with the package delivered to the warehouse, please verify the problem with the sender, Yccbuy is not responsible for any, nor is it liable for any compensation.
