Parcel return


1.If your package is returned due to domestic security failure, we will contact you to confirm and re-mail free of charge.


2.If your package has been sent abroad, but is returned due to "international security failure", "no signature", "unknown address", "undeliverable" and other reasons, you need to bear the cost of redelivery.


3. The parcel needs to be cleared after arriving at the foreign customs, and the customs inspection of the parcel is mainly based on random checks. If Customs believes that your parcel items are special, then it is likely that the recipient will be asked to provide an invoice or proof of customs clearance. Due to the recipient's unclear address or can not be contacted, resulting in the return of the parcel by the logistics, the relevant customs fees generated by the destruction of the recipient will be paid by the recipient.


Confiscation of goods


We will verify the material and category of the product, but cannot identify genuine, fake, imitation brand, involving intellectual property rights. All foreign brands, imitation brands, A products, etc., we can not help you buy, nor responsible for customs clearance. If your item is judged to be a counterfeit, fake or sensitive item and results in the confiscation of the package, you are responsible.

Notice of approval


1.There is a significant difference in the goods before signing.


2.Whether the package has obvious damage or damage traces, the recipient should check the package in the face of the postman and sign remarks or refuse to accept.

3. If the package is not signed for in front of the postman and the package is damaged or broken, keep the original packaging (and seal it). Within 2 working days after delivery, you need to provide us with invoices, actual photos and other relevant evidence, and we will negotiate with the local post office for compensation.


4.The normal signing marks the end of the entire delivery process. After the normal signing, in any case, we will not be liable.


5. If there is any problem after receiving the package, please give feedback to customer service within 72 hours. Unfortunately, if it takes more than 72 hours, we will not be able to process your case.


Exemption clause


1.Fragile, fragile goods, whether or not need to strengthen the packaging, only involve claims for loss, not damage claims.

2.The claim does not involve dangerous goods, contraband (such as: compressed gas, liquefied gas, flammable liquid, corrosive substances and other national contraband)

3.Due to the natural wear and tear of the goods, defects, characteristics, price fluctuations caused by the loss or costs do not belong to the scope of claims.

4.The transportation process, due to bad weather, lightning, tsunami, earthquake, flood and other natural disasters caused by all or part of the loss.

5.Such as due to weather, customs clearance and other uncontrollable factors resulting in product expiration, loss of warranty or delay, will not be compensated.

6.If you refuse to cooperate with the customs (including but not limited to the payment of customs duties) and cause your parcel fails to be delivered within the time limit promised by the parcel forwarding logistics, please note that all losses or responsibilities arising from this are borne by you, and the parcel forwarding logistics does not assume any responsibility.
