1. If the package has obvious signs of damage or damage, the recipient should check the package in front of the postman and sign for the remarks or reject the package.
2. If the package is not signed for in front of the postman and the package is damaged or broken, keep the original packaging (and seal it). Within 2 working days after delivery, you need to provide us with invoices, actual photos and other relevant evidence, and we will negotiate with the local post office for compensation.
3. If the product has quality problems after use for a period of time, as long as the product is still within the warranty period, and you have the original purchase certificate and product quality guarantee card, you can entrust Yccbuy to handle it for you.

As each retailer/manufacturer has its own special principles and ways of dealing with product quality issues (Product Quality Guarantee Card notes are valid), Yccbuy cannot guarantee that the manufacturer will fully meet your requirements, but will do its best to work for your benefit and satisfy you.
2).Yccbuy provides this agency service without any service charge, but you will need to pay return shipping. Yccbuy reserves the right to refuse to act as an agent for goods that do not meet the quality assurance conditions.
4. Please describe your problem in detail, and upload packaging photos, product photos, etc. After Yccbuy receives your application, we will respond to you as soon as possible and provide a solution (including but not limited to refund of fees, returns, etc.).
In any of the following cases, we will not accept your return request
1. Goods are replaced, replaced, or missing

For unjustified returns, items included in this service can be returned or exchanged within 5 days from the date of receipt at the warehouse. After 5 days, you will need to contact customer service, who will negotiate with the seller about the possibility of a return or exchange.

You can cancel your order by clicking the "Cancel Order" button on the corresponding order page in the User Center, and the money will be immediately refunded to your Yccbuy account balance.
2.Order accepted:
Please contact our customer service team and inform them that you need to cancel your order. As long as the order has not been paid by the time your cancellation request is processed, the purchaser will cancel the order within 1 business day and receive a refund. The amount will be refunded to your Yccbuy account balance.
3.Already ordered:
Please contact our customer service team and inform them that you need to cancel your order. Our buyer will apply for a refund from the seller. If the seller has not yet shipped, the refund will be processed within 3-5 days and returned to your Yccbuy account balance.
4.Shipped:
Please contact our customer service team and inform them that you need to cancel your order. If the seller has not delivered the goods, the buyer will request a refund from the seller. If the seller confirms the refund, the amount will be refunded to your Yccbuy account balance within 3-5 days. If the seller has already shipped, the refund will be processed after the item arrives at the Yccbuy warehouse and is returned to the seller, which can take 7-15 days.
5.In the warehouse:
Please contact our customer service team to request a return within 5 days of the product arrival. Our buyer will apply to the seller for return. If the seller agrees, we will process the return as soon as possible. The return tracking number will be displayed on the corresponding order. Once the seller receives the item and refunds it to us, the money will be refunded to your Yccbuy account balance within 7-15 days, depending on the seller's refund confirmation time.

Return and exchange fees
Due to the special nature of the Yccbuy platform, the samples you purchase may incur return shipping and international payment fees. Therefore, your order may incur sample shipping charges upon return or exchange. The fee is usually between 10 and 15 yuan, excluding large and oversized items.

Refund and withdrawal time
Under normal circumstances, Yccbuy will review your refund application within 24 hours after you submit it, and we will refund the funds to your Yccbuy balance after the review is approved. Refund Policy for account balance top up
If you want to refund money from yccbuy account balance to your top up account, you can apply via ”Wallet”-”Balance”-”Withdraw”. We will process your application within 2-3 working days, after which the withdrawal amount will be returned to your original top up account (bank account or third-party payment account). During the processing period, the money you apply for withdrawal will be frozen in order to ensure the actual withdrawal amount meets your original application.
