Logistics platform introduction

1. Logistics process:

International logistics process: packaging ( warehouse) - receiving (logistics provider) - security check (logistics provider/airport) - flight arrangement - air transport (possible transit) - airport operations center - customs clearance - local logistics express - delivery.

Each of the above steps takes time to complete, and customs clearance may be delayed for a variety of reasons ---- if your tracking information is not updated for a period of time within the estimated time of delivery. Thank you for your understanding!

Delivery time: When the status of the package is updated to "Shipped", we will provide you with an estimated delivery time as a reference. Packages may be delayed due to bad weather, customs clearance or logistics provider errors. Make sure you purchase the required products in advance.

Freight calculation: Freight for different routes will be calculated based on the actual/estimated weight of the package and will vary in different destination countries. If you want to estimate the freight, please visit the following link and to use our freight estimate tool: estimated price

3. Relationship between YccBuy and logistics providers:

Proprietary Lines: Selected lines provided by YccBuy partners. These lines are better controlled and monitored than others. If there is a problem with your package, we will solve your problem according to YccBuy's after-sales standards, which are more competitive than the logistics provider's compensation policy.

Other routes: Selected routes provided by well-known logistics providers. If there is a problem with your package, YccBuy can help you claim compensation from the logistics provider. The level of compensation depends on the logistics provider's policy.

4. Transportation restrictions:

International transport restrictions: International transport services are provided by third party logistics providers. We cannot control factors such as shipping times, item restrictions and tariffs, however, if there are any questions, we will do our best to help you.
