Find the product you want to buy on Taobao / Tmall / 1688, andcopy the product link and paste it in the search bar (or just copyand paste thelink shared by you friend).

Enter the product name in Yccbuy's search bar and select from therecommended products provided by Taobao, Tmall and 1688.

Yccbuy can capture the info of 99% of the products on Taobao /Tmall /1688. You can directly select the color, size and quantity,and click"Add to Cart" or "Buy Now".

Choose payment method and pay for the item and Chinese localdelivery fee.

STEP 5       

Yccbuy Inspection and Storage

Quality inspection will be carried out and items will be stored inthe warehouse. You can visit 'User Center' – 'Warehouse' to viewthe item once it is stored.

♥♥Once the item has arrived to our warehouse, a seriesofqualityinspection will be carried out and the photos will be.taken for you to view them. We will contact you immediately ifthere are any problems.

♥♥Products purchased from 1688 has a different set of qualitycontrol standard.

♥♥You can do next: send the stored items overseas (Step 6-9)or purchase more and send them all together (Repeat Step 1-5,then Step 6 -9)

♥♥We provide 90 days free storage service for your items.

♥♥Stock up and consolidate them to ship overseas in order to saveshipping fee.

STEP 6       Submit For Delivery

Visit 'Warehouse' and select items then submit for delivery. Fill indelivery details and choose the recommended type of delivery.

♥♥Some items may be restricted with a certain type of delivery.However, we have selected a few recommended types of deliveryfor you to choose from the list.

♥♥We provide additional services such as package removal,packagereinforcement, insurance, etc. Please inform us under remarkandwe will follow your request.

Pay international shipping fee deposit

Select payment method for the international shipping fee depositand customs fee.

♥♥The international shipping fee deposit is calculated according tothe product's estimated weight, the selected shipment method,and the destination.

♥♥The final shipping fee will be calculated according to the packagesize and weight verified by the shipping company. If there is adiscrepancy between the final shipping fee and the deposit, theamount of difference will be returned to your Yccbuy account afterthe product is shipped.

Consolidate and pack items, reinforce package, weight and send outfor delivery.

♥♥You can track the parcel via 'User Center' – 'Parcels' after it is sent out.

Waiting for your package to arrive

You can track your package and follow its shipping progress on the“Parcels” page.

♥♥There is always the possibility that accidents may happen during.international package shipments. Such circumstances include delays,.confiscation, taxes, package damage, missing packages and more.Yccbuy cannot control or prevent accidents that may happen when yourpackage is in the hands of a third-party logistics company or thecustoms, nor will we be able to guarantee the service quality of othercompanies not affiliated to Yccbuy. However, we aim to provide thebest service possible to our customers and will inform you beforehandof the shipping situation for each shipping route or country you selectand do everything we can to aid you if problems occur.

Final Step:Delivered & Review

Once you have received the parcel, you can confirm the delivery via 'UserCenter' – 'Parcels'. If you have any question regarding to the parcel, youcan also choose the relevant parcel and apply for after-sales service.
